LIFETIME PERFORMANCE WARRANTY ON FAUCETS

How it Works?
  • If you have a Lifetime Performance Warranty* Certificate for product(s), Aqua Plumbings Private Limited (APPL) will repair/replace functional parts and components FREE OF COST if proves to be of defective material or workmanship.
  • If repair is not feasible, APPL will provide a replacement with an equivalent model upon return of the original product
  • Online support for new installations and after sales services.

Note: FREE Service (Under Warranty) will be available withing municipal limits of the city where APPL has its authorized dealer / representative / franchisee; otherwise conveyance and other incidental charges, which will be intimated by the APPL customer care team, are payable by the customer

How to Generate the Lifetime Performance Warranty* Certificate?

The Lifetime Performance Warranty* Certificate has to be generated within 30 days of purchase and should be kept safely to claim the Warranty benefits in future.

To generate the Lifetime Performance Warranty Certificate:

Option 1 – For non-serialized number products

The Lifetime Performance Warranty* Certificate for non-serialized number products can only be generated against the submission of the GST Invoice; otherwise, the Standard Performance Warranty of 10 years will be applicable against the provisional warranty certificate.
Follow this steps:
Submit the GST Invoice to the WhatsApp number +91 73022 61990

Option 2 – For products using QR code or serial number

The Lifetime Performance Warranty Certificate* for products having QR code or serial number on the box label can be generated by filling out the details on our website directly. Log on to www.plumberbathware.com and click on option “Lifetime Performance Warranty”.

What Is Not Covered?

  • External or Internal Deterioration due to Corrosion/Erosion from Hard Water, Sewer Gases.
  • Usage of non-standard Acidic cleaners, Detergents and Abrasive Scrubs.
  • External or Internal deposition due to High TDS, Sand, Rust, Debris, Granules in water.
  • Improper Installation.
  • Consequential Loss/Damages & Acts of Natural Disaster.
  • Reinstallation cost arising from defects of non standard parts.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications.
  • Any breakage resulting from mishandling or misuse will not be covered.
  • Malfunctioning due to Voltage Fluctuation in electronic components.
  • Applicable Technician Visit Charges for non-covered conditions.
  • Any in person on-site support for new installations.

The liability of APPL does not exceed the purchase price of the faucet. APPL dealers / representatives will not be held responsible for any delay in repair of replacement, due to exceptional circumstances for non-availability of spares/product.

APPL reserves the rights to amend, alter, modify the terms of this warranty as and when required, which will be updated on our website.

*Not applicable on products made of Rubber, Plastic, ABS, Electronic Circuits, Batteries etc.
